Film Pitch FEEDBACK

After our film pitch to the class I came up with some feedback questions on our film idea, presentation, target audience, age rating, story and characters. It's important to know that everything will need to work before we start filming so that we don't have to change initial goals later on.

I asked three girls and three boys to fill out and answer the questions above. They were of ages 16-19, which is the sort of core age range our film trailer will be targeting.

The feedback I received were mostly highlighting the same areas and were positive. I believe that the age rating may have to be changed because, from the feedback, they mentioned that 'unless it involves explicit scenes or a lot of violence' we may receive a higher age rating i.e. 15. And considering that the film trailer's storyboard includes an implication of a suicide attempt and drug abuse, we will need to compare the guidelines on the BBFC classification pages before choosing our age rating.
